Cavan/Monaghan Fianna Fáil TD Brendan Smith welcomes the approval of grant aid for a number of projects in Cavan and Monaghan under the Clár Programme.

“I compliment the various Clubs, Schools and other organisations and #Cavan and #Monaghan Council Councils on submitting successful applications which will result in the enhancement of local facilities. These facilities, catering for different needs and interests, will be beneficial for local communities and visitors to our counties.

This substantial funding is being provided under this government’s Our Rural Future policy which assists and promotes rural development.

10 projects in Co Cavan will receive grant aid totalling €453,419 and 10 projects in Co Monaghan will receive grant aid of €470,954″, stated Brendan Smith TD.
