Congratulations to Big Brother Big Sister Cavan/Monaghan on their launch of ‘Youth Mentoring as a Support for Young People in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services’. An important publication and an impressive launch.

The new research focuses on the experiences of young people who participate in BBBS while also involved in CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services). The findings suggested lots of benefits for young people – including improved coping & wellbeing, more confidence, stronger self-identity and much more.
