COVID-19 vaccinations continue Cavan and Monaghan

COVID-19 vaccinations will continue to be administered in Cavan and Monaghan.

Despite the closure of COVID-19 Testing Centres in the counties, COVID-19 vaccination clinics and pop up clinics are continuing throughout both Cavan and Monaghan.

Primary doses of COVID-19 are available for those aged 6 months to 4 years, those aged 5 to 11 years and those aged 12 years and over.

Booster doses are available to those aged 12 years and over. To check which booster vaccination dose you are eligible for log on to https://www2.hse.ie/screening-and-vaccinations/covid-19-vaccine/get-the-vaccine/covid-19-vaccine-booster-dose/

Please note all vaccination centres in Cavan and Monaghan will be closed on April 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th (Easter Weekend).

There are a number of options for those in Cavan and Monaghan to get their vaccines over the next week.

  • Go to a walk-in COVID-19 booster clinic  
  • Book a COVID-19 booster appointment online at HSE vaccination clinics
  • Get your COVID-19 booster vaccine at a participating pharmacy, check the list of pharmacies or your GP

10am to 1pm – 12 + years

Cavan Monaghan vaccination centre, St Davnet’s Campus, Monaghan

Thursday April 6th

1pm to 2pm – 6 months to 4year olds

2.30pm to 6pm – 12+ years

Thursday April 13th

1pm to  3.30pm- 12 + years

4pm to 6pm – 5 to 11 year olds

Friday April 14th

1pm – 6pm- 12+ years
